Recently, a commercial fuel supplier from Ghana contacted us via our official website. The client explained that, due to occasional fluctuations in the national power grid supply in certain regions of Ghana, the offices and employee dormitories of large enterprises and factories located in remote areas are equipped with independent, heavy-duty diesel generators. To ensure the uninterrupted daily operations of these businesses, the client urgently needed to procure a fleet of high-capacity fuel tanker trucks specifically to provide on-site fuel delivery services for these large companies' generator sets. In their actual operations, the client faced several particularly challenging issues. Customers face several very challenging issues in actual operation. Many corporate dormitories and factory generator oil storage tanks are built on high ground foundations, or even in remote locations, so pumps are needed to fill them with oil. Furthermore, regarding financial settlements, the absence of precise metering equipment can easily lead to billing disputes. Additionally, the complex road conditions along their transport routes demanded vehicles with superior explosion-proof features and advanced driving safety configurations.

We recommended a customized, high-specification version of the HOWO TX 8x4 fuel tanker truck with a 30-cubic-meter capacity. To resolve the challenge of refueling elevated storage tanks, the vehicle is equipped with a high-power, vehicle-mounted PTO-driven pump housed within a sealed side compartment; this system utilizes active pressurization to pump diesel directly into high-level storage facilities. Concurrently, the vehicle features a high-precision, resettable flow meter that displays the volume of dispensed fuel in real-time, providing accurate data records for on-site transactions and effectively eliminating billing discrepancies. Moreover, the 30-cubic-meter tank is partitioned into three independent compartments, enabling the vehicle to supply fuel to multiple clients in a single trip.

In terms of safety, the vehicle's exhaust pipe is positioned at the front and fitted with a fireproof cap, which can physically isolate exhaust sparks and prevent them from igniting flammable materials on the ground in the messy unloading environment, thus ensuring the safety of vehicle assets. The chassis is equipped with 13R22.5 tubeless road tires. Traditional tubed steel tires are prone to sudden loss of pressure after a puncture, while tubeless tires leak air slowly after a puncture, which can buy time for a fully loaded vehicle to brake smoothly and safely, effectively reducing the risk of rollover. Furthermore, these tires feature low rolling resistance, which can substantially reduce fuel consumption during long-haul highway operations, resulting in significant savings on operating costs.
