With 30 days ocean transport the truck arrived at customer’s mine site. And today our Congo customers send us his SHACMAN 12 WHEEL DUMP TRUCK picture to us. The truck will used for mining work, according to the customers feedback we give some suggest for trucks, as follow:

1. The Cargo Box Height Not Over 1700mm.

If the cargo box height over 1700mm, the truck easy turned over. Especially work at very bad road condition.

2. Water Spray On The Brake Drum.

The hot work temperature make the brake drum temperature too hot, it’s will make radial tire always blow up. But the truck work condition can’t choose tubeless tire, so we add the water spray on the brake drum, help reduce the temperature.

3. Use Cummins Engine.

Customers want truck loading more tons in one time, so the engine horsepower is very important. We suggest customers choose the cummins engine with big horsepower.

4. HYVA Brand Hydraulic Lifting System.

We suggest customers choose HYVA 179 front hydraulic lifting system, it’s can assured the cargo box lift quick and easy when loading 50 tons.
