A client from Rwanda found us via a Google search; they were looking to purchase water trucks for landscaping and maintenance within an agricultural park and planned to acquire a fleet of brand-new vehicles. The client noted that the access roads were primarily hilly, unpaved tracks that became slippery during the rainy season. After consulting with our factory's technical team, we recommended the SINOTRUK HOWO 4X2 8000 Liters Sprinkle Truck, a model capable of enhancing irrigation efficiency while handling the challenges of the complex terrain. The client was very pleased with our recommendation and decided to make the purchase from us.

The water tanker consists of a tank body, a pump, and a piping system, enabling self-priming and self-discharging operations. Equipped with front spray and rear sprinkler systems, it ensures comprehensive coverage; the front flush offers a maximum width of 15 meters, the rear sprinkler covers up to 12 meters, the side spray reaches up to 10 meters, and the roof-mounted water cannon has a range exceeding 15 meters. It utilizes 8.25R20 tires featuring an all-steel radial structure that provides exceptional load-bearing capacity, effectively meeting the demands of light trucks and making the vehicle suitable for medium-to-short-distance heavy-load transport and rigorous operating conditions. The tread employs a highly wear-resistant compound and a widened contact surface design, effectively enhancing durability and extending overall service life, thereby reducing replacement frequency and operational costs.

The tank body of the sprinkler truck is fabricated from high-quality steel plate and comes in various cross-sectional shapes, such as elliptical, rectangular, or circular. Tank capacity is determined by its shape and dimensions; typically, one or two access ports, with a minimum diameter of 450 mm, are installed to facilitate entry and exit for maintenance personnel. Transverse baffles are fitted inside the tank to minimize fluid surging. Additionally, the tank hatch cover features a ventilation hole to ensure proper airflow. High-pressure air leak testing is employed to ensure the tank possesses high structural strength and a stable center of gravity, resulting in safe and steady vehicle operation.

When using rivers, ditches, or ponds as water sources for the sprinkler truck, ensure the intake end of the suction hose is fully submerged. To prevent the intake of stones, excessive silt, or floating debris, it is advisable to install a filtering device at the suction inlet. When using a self-priming pump for the first time, priming water must be added; a certain level of vacuum must be maintained within the intake piping system during the suction process to draw water into the tank.
