Several months ago, a customer from Zimbabwe contacted us on a friend's recommendation. The customer wanted to purchase two units of cargo chassis to be paired with water tanks and sprinkler systems for water transportation on a project and for dust control at construction sites. We then communicated the chassis configuration, pricing, and lead time with the customer. Then, we recommended the 6X4 385HP SHACMAN F3000 Cargo Chassis to the customer. Based on local working conditions, the cargo chassis was fitted with a Cummins 385HP engine and TRIANGLE brand 12.00R20 tires. This configuration fully met the customer’s requirements, so the customer placed an order with us. One month ago, the cargo chassis arrived at the Port of Beira, and the customer took delivery smoothly. A week ago, the customer sent us feedback photos showing that the cargo chassis, now paired with the water tank, was operating stably.

To ensure the truck has enough power for transporting water and supplying the water sprinkler system, the cargo chassis is equipped with a Cummins 385HP engine. The engine's low speed, high torque characteristics provide ample power for fully loaded trucks when starting and climbing hills on construction sites. Its braking system effectively controls speed during long downhill stretches or frequent start stop operations, reducing brake wear and improving driving safety. Furthermore, the engine's durable construction makes it suitable for dusty construction environments and offers excellent fuel economy, helping to reduce daily operating and maintenance costs. It is ideal for continuous operations such as water transportation and dust suppression on construction sites.

Due to the project’s work condition, the cargo chassis fitted with the TRIANGLE brand 12.00R20 tires. This tire effectively improves the chassis's pass ability and stability on unpaved construction sites. Its tread pattern design balances sufficient grip with self cleaning capabilities, preventing the truck chassis from slipping when starting and turning on muddy, soft, or gravel surfaces under full load, while also reducing mud and sand accumulation on the tread. Its robust carcass structure and wear resistance also make it suitable for frequent heavy loads and complex road conditions in water transportation and dust suppression operations, helping to reduce tire replacement frequency and ensuring reliability and safety for continuous daily operations.

This is the feedback photos sent by our client. After successfully receiving the truck chassis, the client immediately organized technicians to assemble the chassis with the matching water tank and sprinkler equipment. The assembly process was efficient and smooth, with all interfaces and fixing points matching the original vehicle design perfectly. Subsequently, the client conducted actual operational tests at the construction site, including dust suppression spraying and water transportation. The test results showed that the truck had sufficient power, sprayed water evenly, and the chassis operated stably, fully meeting the project requirements.
