How To Maintain The Truck Saddle and Trailer Traction Pin ?

Saddle and traction pin as a key component of the truck head and trailer connection, belong to the trailer train driving process of the force parts, the vehicle running process saddle and traction pin must ensure safety and reliability.

1. The first use, the saddle need to be filled with lubricating grease, regular replacement add lubricating grease, and grease without impurities or deterioration.

2. If the gap between the trailer and the saddle is too large should be adjusted in a timely manner.

3. When the wear limit of the traction pin is reached, the traction pin must be replaced.

4. After replacing the traction pin, the traction pin fastener must be replaced, and the insurance bolt has the function of anti-loosening only for one-time use.

5. Insurance bolt replacement, please use the original factory regular products, do not use other products instead !
