1. The place with the grease fitting should be greased once a week to ensure normal lubrication. In addition, the joint surface of the tug and the raceway should be added with butter once every 3 to 4 days to keep it normal;

2. Hydraulic oil and reducer oil should be replaced every 100 days or so of the new car. Hydraulic system oil tank should use No. 68 wear-resistant hydraulic oil. It is recommended to use No. 46 hydraulic oil in cold regions. The reducer uses No. 90 heavy-duty gear oil, and it is recommended to use imported Shell and other oil with better quality;

3. SAE15W～40 engine oil should be used for the integral pump (meaning no reducer oil tank);

4. After the new car is used for 1 to 2 weeks, the connecting bolts and riding bolts of the sub-beam and the main car frame should be re-tightened, and then tightened every half month;

5. After the new car is used for 1 to 2 weeks, check whether the fixing bolts of the roller seat, the oil pump flange, and the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft are loose or not, and then tighten them once a month;

6. Clean the inside and outside of the mixing drum when finishing work to ensure that there is no accumulation in the mixing drum. If the unloading time at the construction site exceeds 2 to 3 hours, the inside of the mixing drum should also be cleaned;

7. After using for a period of time, the integrity of the sealing skin of the feeding hopper should be checked. If the wear is severe, it must be replaced in time, otherwise the cylinder mouth or the feeding hopper will be easily worn.
