Our repeat customer contacted us again, he had purchased 5 units semi trailers from us with good use experience. This time he wanted 2 units low-bed trailers, but the size and loading capacity need different. 1 unit is bigger one and loading capacity reach 50 tons, another one is smaller one and the loading capacity only need 30 tons. Based on his requirement, we designed and manufactured these 2 low-bed trailers for him. In addition, as the customer is our repeat customer, so we offered him a best price. The customer trust us also due to cooperation before and payed first payment in a short time.

The customer mentioned he needs a smaller one low-bed trailer ad his warehouse space is limited, it will be pass smoothly if the size is too big and the loading capacity does not need too much, 30 tons is enough. So we make the 3 axles 30 tons one for him and another one’s size and loading capacity is formal. Both 2 units use ZY axles and TRIANGLE tires and JOST landing gears, these famous brand will make the trailers have a longer service life and reduce the maintenance cost.

In order to down the shipping cost for our customer, we stacked 2 units low-bed trailers together. In this way, the total volume will be lowest and when the goods arrive in customer’s port, they just need 1 truck head to carry the 2 units. The shipping cost and tractor truck cost will be reduce both. In the long run, this approach can lead to more consistent cost savings and improved customer satisfaction as it provides a more economical solution for transporting the trailers.
