This time he heard that SINOTRUCK has launched a 430HP engine, so he recommend this to his customer and get 2 units dump truck order for us.

The 430HP engine model is WP12.430E201, WEICHAI brand. With 6 cylinder line, 11.596L displacement, maximum output power is 316kW, maximum torque is 2000N-m. The engine can optional protect cover, thermostat and engine brake valve etc. This engine is not newly developed, it’s already on the market over 5 year and SHACMAN brand truck already adopt this model engine and get the customers approval, the spare parts also can get convenient.

Consider the this two units dump truck will working at mining site, the bad road conditions are a very big test for the truck, requiring a stronger chassis and other spare parts. The tire of dump truck is adopt the TRIANGLE brand mining model pattern 12.00R20, this model tire can effectively aids in hill climbing and improves vehicle braking safety; the hydraulic lifting system is HYVA brand, with quick lifting and stable etc advantages.

The cargo box volume of SINOTRUCK dump truck is 28m3, thickness of bottom is 10mm, side is 8mm, adopt the Q355 manganese plate material. That’s could guarantee the cargo box can loading all kind of cargoes and after long time using no deform. Also there are some small design on cargo box which can help protect the parts, reduce the lose, such as lamp protect cover, buffer lock and folding climbing ladders, etc.
