The tank features an internal butterfly-shaped aluminum alloy baffle plate, fully welded without porosity. All weld seams undergo 100% radiographic testing to prevent leakage. The internal welds are smooth and polished, free of impurities. The tank top has four quick-opening aluminum alloy openings, and an internal ladder facilitates personnel access for cleaning. Stainless steel tubing is used. The main beams are made of manganese steel to ensure load-bearing capacity.
