The new model SINOTRUCK 12 wheel tipper truck engine is 400HP, WEICHAI brand, 12 forward and 2 reverse gear. Tire is radial model, 12.00R20, LINGLONG brand, more better for off road work condition. Tipper truck cargo box cubic meter is 27m3, material is manganese plate.

The 400HP SINOTRUCK 12 wheel tipper truck cargo box lifting system is front hydraulic model, the lifting system brand can optional HYVA, ANWEEL, DEPPKALER etc brand. In the middle of the cargo box, there is a support frame, the function of support frame is prevent the lifting cylinder from suddenly falling rapidly during the lifting or stationary process, causing damage to the lifting cylinder and cargo box.

Under the same load condition, The more gears there are, the more gear sets there are, and more different transmission ratios can be combined. The more gears there are in the gearbox, the more fuel-efficient it is. The gear ratio of the HW19712 gearbox is higher when starting in first gear, making the vehicle more powerful and fuel-efficient when starting. The difference ratio between different gears is also greater, and shifting is smoother. When shifting to the highest gear, the gear ratio is smaller, and the lower the engine speed, the more fuel-efficient it is.

In order to facilitate customers' understanding of the tightness of wheel bolts, we have installed bolt tightening labels on the wheels. When the tightening angles of two bolts are not facing each other, it indicates that the bolts are loose. This is only installation for our customers.
