To make sure the safety during the working, the tipper truck is equipped with the chain hook locking mechanism.The chain hook locking mechanism consists of a base, threaded rod, chain, spring, pin housing, locking hook, and latch. The spring-return mechanism and rear panel impact release the locking hook. As the box body retracts, the chain pulls the hook to secure the rear panel. Chain connection remains unaffected by rear overhang length, ensuring reliable and safe operation. One end features a threaded rod connection for easy adjustment. The locking hook is positioned beneath the rear crossbeam of the base plate, eliminating the need for openings in the crossbeam and maintaining high structural integrity.

According to the customer's requirements, the tipper truck is fitted with the U shaped cargo body.U shaped cargo boxes feature clean unloading and strong load bearing capacity. With curved transitions at the corners eliminating dead spots, they resist material buildup during unloading, ensuring thorough discharge. Consequently, U shaped boxes are better suited for transporting highly viscous bulk goods like asphalt and clay. The U shaped structure also effectively reduces damage to the cargo box during ore drop. When stones fall during loading, they do not make rigid contact with the curved bottom plate. Instead, part of the impact force is dissipated by the curved surface of the box floor, preventing the vehicle's floor from being deformed by the impact of the ore.
