A few months ago, a Zambian customer contacted us through our website inquiry, looking to purchase two tipping trucks for the Ndola to Mufulira Road Upgrade Project to transport soil, gravel, and asphalt. After we talked the configuration, price, and lead time, we recommended the 6x4 371HP HOWO TX Tipping Truck. This model features a 371HP engine, 12.00R20 radial tires, and a multi speed gearbox, all of which make the dump truck well suited to the project's demanding conditions. The customer was fully satisfied and placed an order. After receiving the trucks, the customer was very pleased with their actual performance.

To ensure the dump truck is suitable for the project's demanding working conditions, the tipper truck is equipped with the 371HP engine and TRIANGLE brand 12.00R20 tires. The 371HP engine delivers ample low end torque, allowing the truck to climb continuous slopes and start smoothly on soft, rutted roads even when fully loaded; The TRIANGLE brand12.00R20 radial tires feature a reinforced tread pattern that resists cuts from sharp gravel and provides excellent traction on muddy or loose surfaces.

Considering the project's large demand for construction materials and frequent material transfers, we equipped this dump truck with a rectangular cargo box and reinforced its rear door. The rectangular cargo box itself possesses excellent structural strength and stability, especially when carrying heavy materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt, effectively distributing the load and reducing box deformation, thus significantly improving the overall load bearing capacity. Furthermore, we specifically reinforced the four corners of the rear door, a design that effectively mitigates the impact and wear on the rear door during frequent unloading, thereby extending the overall service life of the cargo box.

Before the trucks are loaded onto the ship, we perform a comprehensive rust prevention treatment on each dump truck. This involves spraying a protective wax onto the truck surface. This waxing treatment minimizes the corrosive effects of the high humidity and salt environment during sea transport. Furthermore, when the trucks are transported on deck, we cover each truck with a waterproof tarpaulin. The tarpaulin effectively prevents seawater and moisture from penetrating and causing rust, ensuring that the trucks arrive in good overall condition when received by the customer.
