The 6x4 SHACMAN water truck adopts integrated design, through the adjustment of pipeline valves, it can realize the integration of hydrant water filling, self-absorption water filling, front flushing, rear sprinkling, self-flowing, circulating mixing and other functions. It is not only used for road sprinkling, spraying, cooling, dust removal, and flushing dust and spoils, but also used for road maintenance, gardening, emergency firefighting, and transportation of drinking water.

The tank body of the SHACMAN F2000 water tanker is made of carbon steel, with internal anti-corrosion treatment,the head is automatically rotated by CNC rotary machine, and the tank cross-section is oval, with beautiful appearance and high strength after molding. The cylinder body and head are butt-welded with full weld-through; the cylinder body is welded by longitudinal seam butt-jointing and automatic gas-shielded welding, and the whole plate is rolled and shaped by coiler, which is beautifully shaped and has good straightness.

About the daily maintenance of water tanker: the water nozzle of the sprinkler truck needs to be cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure the accuracy of the water spray effect. Especially for the filter located inside the nozzle should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging. The water tanker will produce a lot of dust and particles during the working process, which is easy to block the air filter. Regularly checking and replacing the air filter will help keep the engine properly oxygenated.
