Daily maintenance is very important for the long-term use of trucks, so how do we do daily maintenance of trucks? as follows:

 

-1. Cargo Box Hydraulic Lifting System:

 

 

Front Lifting Hydraulic Oil Tank

 

                         

Middle Lifting Hydraulic Oil Tank

 

Check the hydraulic oil tank if any stock, If no enough, please add but not too much. Front hydraulic lifting system have a hydraulic oil observation position (red mark), see picture. The middle hydraulic lifting system need find a long pole, such as chopsticks. And stretch the chopsticks straight to the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank, and then take it out to see where the hydraulic oil is in the chopsticks.

 

-2. Brake Lining.

 

 

 

Check the brake lining degree of wear.

 

-3. Bolt.

 

 

 

 

After a period of use, tighten the tire bolts, U bolts, chassis bolt etc.

 

-4. Oil and Air Leakage.

 

 

 

Check the truck engine, hydraulic system, gearbox, drive axle etc if any oil leakage issue. and also check all truck's pipe if any gas leakage issue.

 

-5. Tire Pressure:

 

 

 

Frequently check the tire pressure, and tire pattern.

 

-6. Air Filter.

 

 

 

If the working condition is dirty, need 2 month check and clean the air filter. If the air filter too dirty need change new air filter
