All parts of this vehicle are from well-known brands, such as FUWA axles, JOST outriggers and traction pins, and Triangle brand tires. Although it is more expensive for us to use all parts from well-known brands, which will reduce our profit costs, the quality of the vehicle can be guaranteed and the maintenance costs of customers' subsequent use will be reduced. The maintenance of these well-known brands will be more convenient, and the after-sales service network will be more convenient.

The traction pin is the most important factor in connecting the trailer and the tractor. This vehicle uses a JOST 90# assembled traction pin. With a diameter of 90mm, it provides a larger contact area and support force, effectively disperses the traction load, ensures a stable connection under heavy loads and complex road conditions, and reduces the risk of breakage. Made of high-strength alloy steel, it has excellent wear and impact resistance, extends service life and ensures reliability under extreme working conditions.

Considering the use environment of customers, we use waterproof wires for customers. Waterproof wires adopt a multi-layer protection structure design to form a physical waterproof barrier, which effectively prevents rainwater, car wash liquid and cargo liquid from penetrating into the wires, and fundamentally avoids short circuit failures caused by moisture in the line. It can maintain elasticity in the range of -40℃ to 150℃, is not easy to crack in cold areas, and does not soften and deform in high temperature areas. The outer layer protection and pressure-resistant structure design of the corrugated tube can effectively resist the wear caused by cargo handling and road bumps.‌‌
