A Kenyan customer who runs a local construction company contacted us via email, hoping to purchase a large-capacity truck crane. After clarifying their needs, we recommended the XCMG XCA130L8C 130-ton truck crane, a popular product of XCMG that we have already exported to customers and has received excellent feedback. After we explained the crane's features, the customer expressed that it fully met their needs, but the price was a bit high. Our sales manager, Tyne, again requested a discount from our company, securing a very favorable price for the customer. The customer ultimately paid a deposit, and we completed production and arranged shipment in July.

The XCMG XCA130L8C is XCMG's newly launched 130-ton truck crane. Utilizing XCMG's latest production technology, it boasts considerable competitiveness among truck cranes in its class. In urban construction, demands for boom length are increasing. The 85m-long boom effectively addresses the issue of insufficient height. At full 85m extension and a 40m boom range, it can easily lift loads exceeding 5 tons, providing strong support for equipment installation and maintenance in super-high-rise buildings.

The customer mentioned the need for a truck crane to relocate short distances during work, and the XCA130L8C truck crane perfectly met this requirement. Capable of carrying a 22t counterweight for short-distance transfers, the XCA130L8C can perform the work of a main crane, an auxiliary crane, and a counterweight transport truck, offering exceptional self-sufficiency and autonomy. Combined with the industry's unique four-wheel drive (with switchable three-wheel drive), the crane easily handles the heavy load.

The customer mentioned that similar truck cranes have very high fuel consumption and high operating costs. Therefore, the customer wanted to minimize fuel consumption and save costs. This truck crane's dual-engine configuration significantly reduces fuel consumption. The two engines operate separately for driving and lifting, reducing engine operating frequency and thus fuel consumption. Furthermore, while ensuring lifting strength, the boom structure has been repeatedly simulated and verified on actual vehicles. It is manufactured using top-tier steel and uses state-of-the-art welding and assembly techniques. This allows the boom to remain lightweight while maintaining structural strength, thus reducing fuel consumption through weight reduction.
