Equipped with a 371hp Weichai engine and a 10-speed manual transmission, the powertrain has been optimized for powerful starts under heavy loads and strong climbing ability, while significantly reducing fuel consumption and maintenance costs. The chassis utilizes an 8+8mm double-layer high-strength steel frame, offering outstanding resistance to pressure, torsion, and impact, capable of withstanding frequent bumps and heavy loads on unpaved mining roads. Combined with 13R22.5 mining tires, it further enhances off-road and load-bearing capabilities. We will be equipping our trucks with mining U-shaped dump trucks, constructed from wear-resistant steel plates (10mm at the bottom, 8mm at the sides). The U-shaped cross-section design minimizes waste residue, making it particularly suitable for sticky oily slag, gravel, and other materials, resulting in highly efficient unloading and significantly improved operational efficiency. The cargo box features denser bottom beams and reinforced corners, offering far superior wear and impact resistance compared to ordinary cargo boxes, capable of withstanding long-term abrasion from sharp stones.
