The straight section of the tank of this sprinkler is made of 4mm thick, and the head is made of 5mm thick large carbon steel plate, which is rolled and pressed in one time, making it completely seamless. The sub-beam is fixed to the frame by jockey bolt holders, and the tank is welded to the sub-beam by reinforced side supports. The tanks are available with single or multiple openings, with through holes at the lower end of the intermediate bulkheads and reinforced anti-wave bulkheads welded in the middle of each compartment to reduce the impact of water inside the tank and increase the rigidity.

The water tank truck is fitted with 12.00R20 radial tyres, which are wide and have a larger contact area with the ground, thus enhancing the vehicle's grip and stability. Through the use of a unique tread compound design, it offers excellent abrasion and puncture resistance for a wide range of road conditions. Innovations in technology and materials, such as the use of ultra-high-strength steel wire and special bead structure design, improve the tyre's load-carrying capacity and durability.

The sprinkler truck uses powder coating technology. The molecular structure of the powder coating allows it to form chemical bonds with the metal surface, thus improving the adhesion of the coating. In contrast, conventional paints may flake or fade after many uses. Due to the special film-forming method of powder coatings, the coating is thicker and denser, thus providing better corrosion and abrasion resistance. This gives tippers using powder coating technology a longer service life. The powder coating process is highly automated and can be programmed to achieve a uniform distribution of the coating, reducing the influence of human factors on the quality of the coating.
