We understand that our customers need to transport bauxite in mining areas. We recommend using a 400-horsepower engine. In mountainous or complex road conditions, high-horsepower vehicles can maintain economical engine speeds while climbing hills due to their low-speed, high-torque characteristics, thereby reducing fuel consumption and engine wear. The tires equipped for the customer are 13R22.5. Through optimized tread compound formulations and tread patterns—such as widened tread patterns and a three-layer composite tread structure—the tires exhibit significantly improved wear resistance, extended service life, and reduced replacement frequency.

The tipper truck utilizes a powder coating process, which significantly simplifies the coating process compared to traditional paint coating. It primarily consists of three main processes: powder coating, curing, and cooling, enabling the coating process to be completed in a shorter timeframe. In the manufacturing process of engineering dump trucks, this efficient production process translates to faster production speeds and shorter delivery cycles. Additionally, the powder coating process features a high degree of automation. By integrating automated coating machinery and a recycling system, it enables automated production, thereby saving energy and resources while further enhancing production efficiency.

The dump truck is typically transported by general cargo vessel, and during transportation, it is covered with a waterproof tarpaulin to effectively prevent rust. The waterproof tarpaulin is made from durable materials, providing reliable protection against rain, snow, dust, UV rays, and other environmental factors. We customize the tarpaulin according to the truck's size to ensure a safe and snug fit. The tarpaulin features reinforced edges and sturdy grommets, allowing it to be securely fastened to the cargo. This helps keep the waterproof tarpaulin in place and prevents it from shifting or flapping during transportation.
