Compared to traditional manual cleaning or other surface treatment methods, shot blasting can complete a large amount of work in a shorter time, significantly improving production efficiency. Shot blasting also allows subsequent coatings or plating to adhere more firmly to the workpiece surface, extending the product's service life and improving the cargo box's corrosion resistance.

When temperatures drop, it's necessary to inspect the vehicle's tires, brakes, and hydraulic systems. Check tire pressure and wear; tire pressure tends to drop in low temperatures and needs to be replenished promptly. Inspect brake pads and brake lines for leaks or aging, ensuring the braking system is sensitive and reliable. Use hydraulic oil with good low-temperature fluidity for the lifting cylinders; after starting, perform several unloaded lifts to allow the hydraulic oil to circulate and warm up before operation.
