How To Maintenance SINOTRUK HOWO A7 Mixer Truck ?

1. Firstly, for newly purchased vehicles, it is important to check the tightness of all bolts after the first 50 hours or so of use. This includes the bolts connecting the tank head to the gearbox, the bolts connecting the base of the gearbox to the front platform, the bolts connecting the base of the tractor to the frame and the bolts connecting the sub beam to the beam. In future, ensure regular monthly inspections.

2. High precision of hydraulic system components. Especially the hydraulic pump of the mixer truck is easy to maintain but very demanding. The hydraulic oil should be changed regularly, for the first 500 hours of operation and then for the next 2000 hours or at least once a year, and the filter element should be changed at the same time. When refuelling or changing the oil, the engine must be stopped, otherwise the hydraulic system will be damaged.

3. Clean the pallets and raceways of dirt at least once a month; fill the pallets with grease through the oil nozzles on the pallets. Ensure that the drive shaft is lubricated at least once a month.
