In early October, our long-time Ghanaian client contacted us again, wanting to purchase a HOWO NX dump truck. After understanding the client's needs, we recommended the SINOTRUK HOWO NX 371HP 10 Wheels Tipper. The client mainly needed it to transport construction waste and other materials, and this dump truck was specifically designed for transporting construction waste, meeting all their requirements. Considering that our client mainly transports goods such as construction waste, we used a rectangular cargo box for them. The rectangular container maximizes the use of transport space, increases the amount of goods transported per trip, and effectively reduces transportation costs. Furthermore, the sturdy structure of the rectangular box better ensures transport safety when loading and transporting heavy, irregularly shaped goods like construction waste, reducing the risk of goods scattering during transit.

To extend the service life of the cargo boxes, we employ advanced manufacturing technologies, such as adding triangular reinforcing blocks at the joints and shot blasting before painting. These technologies significantly enhance the structural strength and corrosion resistance of the cargo boxes. The triangular reinforcing blocks effectively distribute the stress borne by the cargo boxes during transportation, preventing the joints from loosening or cracking due to long-term vibration. Shot blasting, on the other hand, removes oxide scale and rust from the cargo box surface by high-speed blasting of steel shot, while simultaneously creating a uniformly rough surface, improving coating adhesion and thus extending the rust-proof period of the cargo boxes.
