In September, a customer from Ethiopia contacted us via email, wanting to purchase a cargo truck. Through communication, we learned that the customer mainly transported vegetables and containers. Based on the customer's needs, we recommended the HOWO TX 10 Wheels Cargo Truck. This truck can meet both the customer's vegetable transportation needs and container transportation requirements. After we explained the specific configuration to the customer, the customer was very satisfied and especially liked the truck's appearance. We then offered the customer a very favorable price, which the customer was also happy with. After confirming some details, payment was arranged.

Considering the customer's dual transportation needs, some modifications were made to the truck. Container locks were added to enable container transport, allowing it to carry both fruits and vegetables as well as containers, achieving dual-purpose functionality. Furthermore, to enhance loading and unloading convenience, the rear door of the truck bed was improved with a wider opening angle, facilitating rapid loading and unloading operations using forklifts and other equipment.

In addition, based on our past experience exporting to Ethiopia and feedback from other Ethiopian customers, we added a tow hook to the rear of the truck, enabling it to tow a full trailer, significantly improving transport efficiency. This design not only enhances the truck's versatility but also allows it to adapt to a wider range of transport tasks, such as long-haul bulk cargo transportation, thereby further improving overall operational efficiency. Meanwhile, to ensure the safety and stability of the trailer hitch, we selected high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials for manufacturing and underwent rigorous testing and inspection, providing strong protection for the truck's long-haul and bulk cargo transportation.

All exported goods are covered with waterproof tarpaulins before loading onto the ship to prevent rusting caused by moisture and rain during transportation, ensuring that every shipment arrives at the customer's best condition. In addition, the goods undergo a wax coating process before leaving the factory, also to prevent rust. This double rust-proofing significantly reduces the likelihood of rust problems. Through this approach, we have earned high praise from our customers.
