This time we have talked with our factory and vessel company well. Before the customer’s deposit not received, we already let factory prepare the material in advance, so it can save around 2 days production time. And ask the tanker body factory start the production also. After the vacuum sewage truck chassis finish assembly, only spend 2 days to install tanker body. And total production use only 25 days. Vessel company already arrange vessel at shipping port, after 3 days finish the shipment. The SINOTRUK HOWO vacuum sewage truck tanker body loading capacity is 15000 liters, adopt the Q235 carbon steel material. Adopting automatic welding technology, the tank body and head are die-cast in one time. The back cover of the tank can be opened and locked hydraulically, and the end of the tank is equipped with a 100mm diameter sewage ball valve. Center double top hydraulic, tank dirt can be opened after the cover directly dumping, but also through the vacuum pump to the tank pressurized for strong drainage. Standard with extractor, drive shaft, four-way ball valve, multi-way reversing valve, stainless steel water tank (oil pump with oil-water separator), sewage valve, see dirt window, vacuum pressure gauge and so on.
