A customer from the Democratic Republic of Congo contacted us, wanting to purchase a fuel tanker trailer to transport fuel between oil depots and gas stations. After understanding the customer's needs, we designed this 3 axles 40 CBM oil tanker trailer for him. This tanker trailer was designed entirely according to the customer's requirements, the tank body is divided into three independent compartments, allowing for the simultaneous transportation of three different types of fuel. After presenting the general specifications to the customer, they expressed their satisfaction. In addition, we showed the customer feedback from other customers in the DRC who also use our tankers for fuel transportation. These successful case studies convinced the customer that we are a reliable company, and after finalizing some details, the customer paid the deposit.

To meet our customer's 40 cubic meter load capacity requirements, we used FUWA brand axles, with one of the axles featuring air suspension. This configuration effectively enhances the overall trailer's load-bearing stability and structural strength, easily handling the heavy-duty transportation needs of 40 cubic meters. The air suspension also allows the corresponding axle to be lifted when the vehicle is empty or lightly loaded, reducing tire wear and fuel consumption, and adapting to complex road conditions. This not only ensures the safe transportation of tank cargo but also helps customers reduce long-term operating costs and extend the service life of vehicle components.

We use carbon steel to manufacture the tanker body. The processing technology for carbon steel is very mature, allowing for optimal results in both cutting and welding. Furthermore, carbon steel is significantly less expensive than special materials such as aluminum alloys. Unless there are specific requirements, we always use carbon steel for our customers' tanker trailer, striving to save them as much money as possible.
