The XCMG LW500FN wheel loader's electrical system, hydraulic system, structural parts, cab and hood are fully optimized and upgraded, with reliability, working capacity, operating comfort and easy maintenance significantly improved. The XCMG wheel loader adopts energy-saving and reliable hydraulic system, adopts double-pump split-combined flow technology, the steering pump is preferentially supplied to the steering system, and when it is not steering, the flow of the steering pump all flows into the working hydraulic system, which reduces the displacement of the working pump, and improves the reliability of the hydraulic components and reduces the heat generation of the hydraulic system, realizing energy saving.

Regarding the standardized use of the loader: the loader just after starting, the diesel engine just after starting, the machine temperature is low, diesel fuel combustion is incomplete, should be run at low speed for 3 to 5 minutes, the purpose is to let all parts of the body slowly and evenly warmed up to reach the normal working temperature, reduce wear and tear, to avoid mechanical strains. After warming up the machine, make the lubricating oil reach each lubricating part gradually to avoid dry friction and damage to the cooperating surface.
