The bauxite and manganese ore hauling business now in Ghana is very good. Most of transport company need haul bauxite from mine area to the TAKORADI port.

According to the Ghana transportation bureau regulations and customer requirements, we also design the 5 axles bauxite and manganese ore hauling tipper trailers for customers. 

With front 2 axles air lift suspension and rear 3 axles mechanical suspension, when trailer loading 45 tons bauxite or manganese ore the front 2 axles can lift, when trailer loading 80 tons bauxite and manganese ore the front 2 axles can put down. It's will help customers reduce purchase and maintenance cost. 

Here is we exported to local trailer picture and specification, as follow:

-1. Front 2 axles air lift, rear 3 axles mechanical suspension.

According to the loading tons, the customers can adjust the axles running quantity.

-2. Tire - Use 315/80R22.5 or 13R22.5 tire.

Tubeless tire will help trailer long time running, the tubeless tire can easily suitable for local hot temperature.

-3. Bucket Thickness.

We can choose the different bucket thickness for customers work demand. Bottom thickness from 6mm-10mm; side thickness from 4-8mm.
