The cement mixer truck's tank consists of a front cone, an intermediate drum, and a rear cone. Two spiral blades, spaced 180 degrees apart, are welded inside to form a spiral channel for concrete feeding, mixing, and discharge. The spiral lines formed by the blades and drum wall induce axial and tangential motion in the concrete, achieving three-dimensional mixing. This meets the performance requirements for mixing, transporting, and unloading, ensuring concrete homogeneity and minimizing segregation and solidification. Parametric design and CNC machining enhance dimensional accuracy, reduce material accumulation and residue, and improve discharge efficiency.

The entire mixer truck utilizes powder coating technology. The molecular structure of powder coating enables it to form chemical bonds with metal surfaces, improving the coating's adhesion. In contrast, traditional paints may peel or fade after repeated use. This enhanced corrosion resistance and aging resistance ensure the vehicle remains stable and reliable in harsh operating environments. Furthermore, the powder coating process is highly automated, enabling program-controlled, uniform coating distribution, minimizing the impact of human factors on coating quality.
