3 Axles 100 Tons Low Bed Semi Trailer
About the low bed trailer loading capacity, we can design the weight from 50-120 tons.
The main structure of low bed trailer is main beam, gooseneck, ladder, side beam etc.
-1. Main Beam.
We design it use the double vertical plate, it’s can more stronger. The material can be Q345, high strength and manganese plate.
-2. Gooseneck.
It’s the connect with the truck head, inside and outside reinforced to guarantee the heavy loading transportation.
-3. Ladder.
Our ladder width can make 600-800mm, with the mechanical and hydraulic type. Mechanical type ladder cost is cheaper, however the hydraulic type more easily when operating.
-4. Side Beam.
Our side beam is I shape, use high strength plate.
