SINOTRUK HOWO TX 37 Meters Concrete Pump Truck Features
The concrete pump truck utilizes a dedicated SINOTRUK truck chassis, ensuring quality and independent travel. It offers exceptional mobility and can be quickly moved from one construction site to another. This truck integrates the concrete delivery and pouring processes, saving time and labor while reducing workload. Simultaneous horizontal and vertical transport eliminates the need for lifting equipment, while eliminating intermediate transfers, minimizing waste and ensuring construction quality. Its high degree of automation allows for flexible pouring positions within the boom's range of motion, eliminating the need for temporary on-site piping, saving labor hours, and improving efficiency.

SINOTRUK 37 Meters Concrete Pump Truck Boom System
The boom system is a key component of a concrete pump truck. It's a foldable and deployable linkage mechanism consisting of a turntable, multi-section boom, connecting rods, hydraulic cylinders, delivery pipes, and connectors. By raising, lowering, extending, and retracting the boom, the system enables long-distance horizontal and vertical transport of concrete, unimpeded by intermediate obstacles. Therefore, boom performance directly impacts concrete pour quality and project progress. The pump truck adopts advanced structural design methods, such as full-operating load simulation design and analysis technology, to evenly distribute the load on the boom, lower the center of gravity, and improve stability.

SINOTRUK HOWO Concrete Pump Truck Construction Technology
The 37 meters pump truck's horizontal pipes are secured at regular intervals with brackets, pads, and slings to facilitate clearing blockages, installation, disassembly, and cleaning. Vertical pipes should be secured to the wall or floor using embedded hardware. Each section of pipe should have at least one fixing point on the wall or column, and should be secured through pre-reserved holes in each floor slab. The elbow at the lower end of the vertical pipe should not serve as a support point for the upper pipe. Steel supports should be installed to bear the weight of the vertical pipe. Rubber rings should be placed at the pipe joint clamps as required to prevent slurry leakage. Pump pipes removed during operation should be cleaned and stored promptly.
